• Order history, including items purchased, delivery locations and payment method used.
• Location data while an order is active, used to match couriers and show live tracking.
• Device and usage information, such as app version and general analytics events.

How we use your information

We use your information to process orders, match couriers, process payments, provide customer support and improve the reliability of our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing with restaurants and couriers

Restaurants and vendors receive the order details needed to prepare your order. Couriers receive your delivery address and contact details needed to complete delivery, for the duration of that order only.

Data retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to meet legal, tax and dispute resolution requirements.

Your choices

You can update your account details in the app at any time, manage cookie preferences from the banner on this site, and request deletion of your account by contacting uncswift@gmail.com.
