These terms govern your use of uncswift.com, the Unc Swift customer app, the courier app and RestMan (together, "Unc Swift"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using Unc Swift

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Orders and pricing

Prices, delivery fees and available items are set by each restaurant or vendor and may change without notice. Order totals are confirmed before you check out.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates. Unc Swift is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, load shedding or other events outside our reasonable control.

Restaurant and courier partners

Restaurants, vendors and couriers on Unc Swift operate as independent partners, not employees of Unc Swift. Partners agree to a separate partner agreement covering onboarding, payouts and conduct standards.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose a safety risk to customers, restaurants or couriers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Unc Swift after changes means you accept the updated terms.
